PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

The Neon Flamingo Shop may offer subscription memberships and pre-order products. This policy explains how these purchases work and how cancellations are handled.

 

VIP FLOCK MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS

The VIP Flock Membership is a savings and discount program. No physical products are delivered as part of the membership itself.

By purchasing a VIP Flock Membership, you agree to the membership terms, pricing, and billing schedule selected at checkout.

RECURRING PAYMENTS

For memberships with recurring payments, your payment method will be securely stored and charged according to the billing schedule selected at checkout.

Membership benefits remain active only while payments remain current.

CANCELLATIONS

VIP Flock Memberships are purchased with a minimum commitment period selected at checkout.

By enrolling, you agree to remain active for the full membership term purchased. Memberships may not be canceled before the completion of the selected commitment period.

Members may cancel future renewals at any time; however, cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current commitment period. No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be provided for unused membership time.

If a membership renews automatically, cancellation must be submitted before the next billing date to prevent future charges.

Any discounts, benefits, or perks associated with the membership will remain active through the end of the paid commitment period unless the membership is terminated due to violation of our policies or terms of service.

REFUNDS

All VIP Flock Membership sales are final.

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for:

  • Early cancellation requests
  • Unused membership benefits
  • Failure to use available discounts
  • Changes in business circumstances
  • Customer preference

Exceptions may be made solely in the event of a billing error made by The Neon Flamingo Shop or where required by applicable law.

 

PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, The Neon Flamingo Shop may offer products for pre-order.

Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock or are scheduled for future release.

Payment may be collected in full or in part at the time of purchase.

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before production, fulfillment, or ordering of materials has begun.

Once a pre-order has entered production, fulfillment, or has been specially ordered, cancellations and refunds may not be available.

 

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

The Neon Flamingo Shop does not currently offer Try Before You Buy purchases.
