PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, print, package, and ship your order. Shipping transit times are separate and are determined by the carrier.

SAME-DAY SHIPPING

Orders placed by the daily cutoff time displayed on our website may qualify for same-day shipping. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed and may be unavailable during sales events, holidays, equipment maintenance, severe weather, or unusually high order volumes.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders are shipped using carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other available shipping providers. Carrier selection is determined by The Neon Flamingo Shop unless otherwise specified.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The Neon Flamingo Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Labor disputes
- Customs delays
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our control

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

We highly recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout to help protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If Route Package Protection is purchased, claims should be filed directly through Route.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer. The Neon Flamingo Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers who decline Route Package Protection acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping and delivery.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.
