RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At The Neon Flamingo Shop, all orders are custom-made or printed specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

ORDER INSPECTION REQUIREMENT
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any missing items, incorrect items, printing defects, or order issues must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or review.
To report an issue, please email theneonflamingoshop@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If we determine that an error was made on our end, we will replace the affected transfer(s) or product(s) at no additional cost.
Examples of issues that may qualify for replacement include:
- Incorrect design printed
- Missing items from the order
- Manufacturing defects present before application
- Items received that do not match the order placed
Replacements are issued at our discretion after reviewing the submitted information and photos.

NO REFUNDS FOR APPLICATION ERRORS
The Neon Flamingo Shop is not responsible for issues resulting from:
- Incorrect pressing temperature, pressure, or time
- Improper heat press settings
- Use of an iron or unsuitable equipment
- User error during application
- Improper garment selection
- Improper washing, drying, or care of finished garments
- Damage occurring after the transfer has been applied
If a transfer issue is determined to be caused by customer application, washing, drying, storage, or handling, no refund or replacement will be provided.

TRANSFER-SPECIFIC CLAIMS
If a transfer appears defective before application, do not apply it. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.
Once a transfer has been applied to a garment, we are not responsible for damage to garments, labor costs, customer orders, shipping costs, lost profits, or any other expenses beyond the replacement of the transfer itself when a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

REFUNDS
Refunds are generally not offered due to the custom nature of our products.
If a refund is approved due to an error on our part and a replacement is not possible, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
